It is wound with kinks in it creating an almost triangular effect, which makes the wire look mutli faceted.

Bright check has a shine to it which makes it glisten and more glitsy. This is a very delicate wire and must be used with care, it is usually cut into small pieces and sewn on like a bead to encrust padded ares.

There are different sizes in this wire 6 being smaller than 4.
